The ACTion group was established in April 1999 to provide key operational assessments, procedural development, and quality training that are specific to the customer's needs and requirements. Our goal is to enhance an organization through personnel and process development in order to achieve operational excellence from the boardroom to the galley. We possess an understanding of the unique logistical conflicts inherent to the industry and provide great flexibility in our delivery methods.
